TRUCK MOUNTABLE UNITS

These range from units with hoppers from 2 cub m to 8 cub m capacity.

We have different standard models available. The 2 cub m and the 4 cub m units are most suitable for urban and suburban work. For truck mountable units the truck does not have to be as wide as the legal limit, and with a shorter length the complete machine is very maneuverable. Nothing is compromised as to the working of the machine and the delivery system.

 

The operation of the split hopper system as fitted to Jetpatcher units is fully integrated into the working of the machine.

The large hopper holds the aggregate and the small hopper holds sand for binding the surface so as to leave less loose aggregate.

 

 

Jetpatcher units all have the jet delivery system, with no moving parts and minimal maintenance. Guaranteed delivery rate is 2.4 cub m per hour. Some aggregates feed at significantly more.

All Jetpatcher are acoustically insulated to bring the radiated noise to acceptable levels. This level is suitable in most territories for night work in an urban area. It is operator friendly.

Jetpatcher units use bitumen friendly emulsion, warmed with a heat exchanger taking the hot water from the auxiliary engine, and filtered before delivery to the spray nozzle. Pressurised water and pressurised kerosene carried on board are used to clean up the aggregate hose, nozzle and emulsion spray at the end of the day.
